    • Firearms Policy

      If you are purchasing firearms, please understand, acknowledge, and agree to the following conditions:

      1. Age Requirements: You MUST be at least 21 years old to purchase handguns and receivers. To purchase a long gun, you MUST be at least 18 years old.

      2. FFL Dealers and C&R Holders: Firearms will ONLY be shipped to licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealers or Collector of Curio & Relics (C&R) license holders where applicable. If you are the end-user, ensure that we have a current, signed copy of your dealer's FFL or C&R license on file before placing an order. Federal background checks are mandatory before the FFL dealer can transfer the firearm to you.

      3. Transfer Fees: All FFL dealers will charge a transfer fee. It's your responsibility to contact the dealer and inquire about this fee before placing your order with us.

      4. Liability: Firearms are inherently dangerous. You accept full liability for product failure or misuse and assume full responsibility for the safe use and storage of any firearms you purchase and/or possess.

      5. Order Prerequisites: Orders placed without a signed copy of the relevant licensing on file may be canceled without notice.

      6. Refusal of Service: American Recoil Addiction reserves the right to refuse any firearm order.

      7. Safety Precautions: We strongly recommend that all firearms be inspected by a qualified gunsmith before use.

      8. State-Specific Magazine Restrictions: If you order a firearm that normally comes with a magazine not allowed in your state (due to high capacity, for example), your firearm will be shipped without the magazine and no price adjustment or discount will be provided.

      9. Customer Responsibility: Before placing an order, it's your responsibility to:

        • Verify if your selected FFL will accept the transfer for ALL items in your order.
        • Confirm the FFL's current address and check if it matches what's listed on our site.
        • Ensure the FFL is still in operation.
        • Understand any fees that the FFL will charge for the transfer.

      10. Adult Signature Required: All firearms are shipped requiring an adult signature. If no adult is available to sign for the package and it is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
